Observations and Lessons Learned This Week: 1) If Dr. Lee wasn't a teacher, he could definitely earn a living as a comedian, a promotional speaker, a talk show host, or a tv newscaster. (In my opinion anyways.) 2) The facebook people seemed like jerks for two days when really during those two day they were helping us out by making our lives more private again. I guess we shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, even if the cover is giving away news about us to everyone! (Hard lesson to learn.) 3) Put in blunt terms: Some people just CAN'T do good read alouds. 4) Although NOT a god, I consider Kenny Stamatis to be one of the most amazing people at Harding. He's pushed me to REALLY learn what I need to, which is unfortunately not true for all teachers at Harding. 5) Here I am, 22 years old, and I am just now learning what it means to be an individual. It's sad, I know, but it's better late than never I guess. 6) I am a very jealous person...but God's still working on me. |
